                              2011 Rules Meeting Minutes

1.    Keep rules the same for 2012 – Voted and passed.

2.    Replace drive chain on sled and replace speaker amp in chicken coop. - Voted and passed.

3.    Setting up a track committee to set up, tear down, schedule pull back and blade tractors. Voted and passed.

4.    2012 schedule to have 8 club pulls and 2 FFA pulls. Voted and passed.

5.    Change Membership dues to $15/year. Voted and passed.

6.    2011 awards to be 1^st place denim shirt and 2^nd place a tee shirt. Voted and passed.

7.    2012 season awards - Points Champion Only with a $30 cap per award. Voted and passed.

8.    Have awards ceremony at the Legion this year. Voted and passed.

                                    Discussion

1.    Eric Bauerbach offer the use of his Farmall C tractor to be used as a blade tractor. Eric asked if we wanted, we could build a belly blade for the tractor to use.

2.    The Waterford FFA was going to paint the new roller for us.
