GENERAL RULES:
·
To compete in a club pull, persons must be members of the club and
pay the $10 dues along with $10 per hook.
·
Any person under 18 years old must have written consent or adult
supervision.
·
No alcoholic beverages permitted on the premises.
·
Open to any age tractor.
·
Wheelie bars are MANDATORY for speed pulls
and Highly Recommended for tug pulls.
Wheelie bars must be less then 10 off the ground, must extend 5
behind rear tire plane, must be at least 5 square pad, must be more then
20 separated from outside to outside, and must be able to support the entire
weight of tractor.
·
Going out of bounds (tractor not sled), things falling off
tractor, or driver leaving seat results in no distance.
·
Hitch will be at least a 3 hole, extend at least 18 behind
axle, no more then 1 ½ spacing between rear of hole and rear of hitch, and
be stationary in all directions before,
during, and after a pulling attempt.
·
Weights cannot measure more than 12 from the center of the rear
axle to the front of the weight.
·
Pay-back per class for Tug and Speed pulls will be as follows 1st-30%,
2nd-20%, 3rd-10%.
TUG PULL RULES:
·
Classes will be: 3500, 4500, 5500, 6500, 7500, and 8500 pound
class. 50 lb allowance is given.
·
Max tire size is 18.4 x 38 and will be of normal, farm wear
with no alterations.
·
Full pull will be 15 ft. There
are two hook attempts per weight per class per person.
The second hook can be taken immediately in the same direction, or
dropped to a reverse order pull in either direction. Second attempts can not be
dropped.
·
Both front tires must touch the ground during each attempt.
·
Drawbar height will be 16 for 3500# and 18 for all others.
·
All pulls will be held at Heiss Hollow except for fair pulls.
SPEED PULL RULES:
· Two drivers per tractor. Second driver will follow in the same order as the first after all tractors have pulled once.
· Three beep rule with each tractor and driver being required to have weight and drawbar checked after each attempt.
· Drawbar: 18 Division I, 20 Division II
· TA, Multipower, etc. allowed.
· One money per tractor per class.
· Classes will be: 3500, 4500, 5500, 6500, 7500, and 8500 lb classes. 50 lb allowance. 2 Divisions.
· Driver can make one restart per class if they stop within the 75 feet cone.
DIVISION I:
· 3 mph speedlimit.
· Max tire size: 3500 6500: 15.5 x 38 , 7500 up: 18.4 x 38
· All rear tires must be of normal farm use with no alterations of any kind.
DIVISION II
· 6 mph speedlimit
· Any width tire with 38 height allowed
· Any cut allowed on tire.
TUG PULL DATES:
April 25th, 11:00 a.m. May 16th, 11:00 a.m. June 20th, 11:00 a.m. July 19th, 11:00 p.m. August 13th, 6:00 p.m., Waterford Fair Pull September 5th, 9:00 a.m., Washington County Fair October 10th, 11:00 a.m.
SPEED PULL DATES:
April 19th, 11:00 a.m. H to L May 3rd, 11:00 a.m. L to H June 6th, 5:00 p.m. H to L July 11th, 5:00 p.m. L to H August 22nd, 5:00 p.m. H to L September 19th, 5:00 p.m. L to H October 4th, 11:00 a.m. H to L
